Fedellos- Testoiro

Fedellos is the brainchild of the winemakers and friends: Curro Bareño and Jesús Oliveras; a consolidation of two projects: Fedellos do Couto in Ribera Sacra and Peixes in Valdeorras. Their philosophy put simple ‘Nature should define Wine as Wine should express Nature and its taste’. Fedellos is located on the Bibei and Sil rivers between the regions of Valdeorras, Ribeira Sacra and Viana do Bolo. Many old bush vine vineyards north and east  facing. Their wines are made with minimal intervention, without clarification or stabilization. The reds undergo 20% maceration with stems for 2 months and the whites for approximately 1.5
months and 80% of the whites are direct pressed.
