Stéphane Tissot is one of Jura’s most visionary and influential winemakers, credited with helping to transform the region's global reputation. Taking over Domaine Tissot at just 19 in 1989, he built upon the traditional foundations laid by his parents, André and Mireile, who founded the estate in 1962. Together with his wife Bénédicte, Stéphane has embraced a philosophy centered on biodynamic farming, massale selection, and minimal intervention winemaking to capture the purest expressions of Jura’s diverse terroirs. With a profound
 knowledge of the region’s geology, he creates an extraordinary range of over 30 cuvées from 35 hectares - each wine a singular reflection of place, bottled without fining or filtration and with little to no added sulphur.
