Abrupts - Henri Chauvet

In 2021 Henri Chauvet made his first vintage, and ever since he’s been hailed as one of the best. After being struck by complex terroir of the Auvergne, Henri traded office blocks for the steep hills of Boudes, leaving his banking job to pursue his vocation among the vines. With a diploma in Oenology and working with such pedigree as Jerome Bressy and Thierry Allemand, Henri acquired 10ha and immediately set to work sewing his name in the tapestry of greats.
