Rijckaert Arbois Chardonnay

Domaine Rijckaert has small holdings in both Jura and Macon. Under owner and winemaker Florent Rouve, the Domaine produces tangy, lemony, stony and mineral Savignin ouillé which ages well. The Chardonnays from both Jura and Macon are very fine, spending a long time on lees without stirring and are fermented and aged in older oak barrels.
