‘For me, as a person and as a company, organic and biodynamic agriculture has always been a journey of ongoing development – a dynamic
evolution as opposed to standing still.’

This is, in a nutshell, Zillinger’s philosophy. Born into art (his father was a pioneer of organic farming
having converted the estate in the early 80s) Johannes is farming 20ha in the Weinviertel region and, using an open minded approach with
different vinification methods, he crafts enticing wines of extreme purity, clarity and that are a joy to drink.
