Irpinia Fiano

Cult winery Picariello makes some of the best and most age worthy Fiano in Italy. More recently he has added Falanghina and Greco vines, completing the trifecta of Campanian white varieties. With vineyards in distinctly cool-climate, high-elevation areas, Picariello’s hands-off approach to winemaking allows the nuances of the vineyards to reveal themselves. With wines like this, it’s easy to see why Campania is  Italy’s greatest white wine region.
