A protégé of Guy Breton and influenced by the natural wine pioneers of Beaujolais, Karim Vionnet farms organically and vinifies without additives to let the fruit and terroir speak clearly. His Fleurie is made using semi-carbonic maceration, yielding a silky, lifted wine full of black cherry, wild berries, and floral spice. The finish hums with subtle liquorice and granite-driven freshness. Natural, joyful, and deeply rooted in tradition, this is Beaujolais with soul.
