Caprice du Chameau - La Vrille et la Papillon

La Vrille et la Papillon is a small winery in the Ardèche region of France, focused on natural wines. Native yeasts only, no additives, no enzymes, no added SO2 (sulphites) and no fining of filtration. Their wines; purity in a glass. 

Fresh, finely-tuned Viognier from two parcels in Valvignères, one facing the sunrise and the other facing the sunset. Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, with just a light settling. Aged for 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel.
