Matassa Cuveé Marguerite
2023
Tom Lubbe is a bit of a legend in the natural wine world. Born in South Africa, raised in New Zealand, now makes wine in the Roussillon. After a stint of about 3 years in Domaine Gauby, Tom decided to stay and start his own project there. He believes that wine has to be produced taking additives out of the equation and putting grapes to the front, and following this philosophy he produces a wide range of rich and deep whites and fresh and light reds, definitely unusual for the region, but at the same time with a deep sense of place.
