Frank Bailly’s 20-hectare estate, perched on the diverse slopes of Sancerre, Bué, and Chavignol, crafts wines that are pure expressions of their terroir—caillottes, terres blanches, and silex soils blending to create striking balance. His meticulous vineyard work and gentle, minimal intervention in the winery preserve the wine’s vibrant character. This aromatic Sauvignon Blanc bursts with gooseberry, white and exotic fruits, underpinned by the signature mineral edge of Sancerre. On the palate, ripe kiwi, pear, and tropical notes mingle with smoky, pungent nuances, making it a perfect match for shellfish or goat cheese.
