Atavica is a 17-hectare organic farm located in the Tuscan Maremma. They produce low-intervention natural wines and organic olive oil. A specific philosophy, Atavica never make the same bottle twice. Every bottle reflects the weather of the year, the specific soil conditions of the land and the different available human hands at any given time. Truly unique wines.
