Mixed Case Low Intervention Wines - 6 bottles

Hand picked 6 bottle mixed case, red and white, of low intervention wines. By low intervention we mean minimal intervention in the vineyard, with no use of additives or chemicals and only the most minimal use of sulphites. The wines:

1/ La Vrille et la Papillon ‘La Tribu’ - 100% Grenache; bright red fruits with herby and earthy undertones. An Ardèche beauty with a firm body.

2/ Karim Vionnet ‘Fleurie’ - A Beaujolais classic here; 100% Gamay with wonderful black cherries and flowery notes with a rich and fresh texture.

3/ I Mandorli ‘Rosso’ - Primarily Sangiovese, with small amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Notes of plum and blackcurrant, with a herby, spicey finish. Tuscan juice at its finest. 

4/ Zillnger Reflexion K* - A pure Grüner Veltinler from the inimitable and truly unique Johannes Zillnger, Weinviertel, Austria. Apple aromas, with a herby and minty finish. Clean & Crisp.

5/  Sylvian Pataille Bourgogne Aligoté - 100% aligoté with fantastic texture. Apple and citrus aromas with an oily finish. A truly fantastic wine, from one of the best. 

6/ Riverside Wabi-Sabi White - a field blend of local grapes from the Niederösterreich, Austria. Expressive stone fruits with notes of melon and white peach. Beautiful acidity with a refreshing finish.
