Silk Blue

Patrice Béguet's winery is located a stones throw away from the Les-Planches-pres-Arbois gorge in the Jura region. All of the wines are fermented only with wild yeasts, never chaptalised to increase the degree of alchohol and are produced from vines sprayed with the lowest possible doses of copper, thanks to the use of herbal concoctions which strengthen and regulate the vines' natural defences. The wines are bottled wuthout the use of sulphur and no fining/filtration either.
