1/  Saumaize-Michelin ‘Pentacrine’ Pouilly Fuisse AOC France - 100% Chardonnay. Wonderful winemaking from Domaine Saumaize-Michelin on show again in this Pouilly-Fuissé. There are plenty of rich citrus flavours, with lemon to the fore. The texture is rich from the time in oak, and the acidity is perfectly balanced.

2/ Domaine Larue ‘Les Champlots’, Saint Aubin - 100% Chardonnay. Beautiful wine again from Domaine Larue. This elegant Premier Cru unfolds with layers of creamy citrus, hazelnut, and fine acidity, growing in complexity over time. Mineraldriven and beautifully balanced, it showcases the precision and finesse of Larue’s winemaking. A refined expression of Saint-Aubin’s limestone-rich terroir.
